My family was awoken on a Monday morning by a large limb from my oak tree in the backyard. The limb fell on the house and penetrated my roof into the drywall in the bedroom. I called Pro Choice and talked to Joe Dan Davis. Within an hour or so, he was already at my home, assessing the damage. I was already impressed by his prompt service. Joe Dan then referred me to a private adjuster, and within hours Pro Choice had a crew at my house doing a temporary patch to prevent more damage from occurring to my home. We are currently waiting for the insurance company to approve my claim, and once my claim is approved, you better believe I will be hiring Pro Choice to do my roof.

We had our roof replaced by Pro’s Choice Roofing in early 2024 (Architectural Shingles). After several months, including an experience with pretty consistent TS force winds as Cat 1 Hurricane Milton passed through, we haven’t discovered any negative issues. My contact was Joe Dan and he, along with his crew, delivered a great experience from start to finish. The job went according to schedule and there were no surprise or hidden costs/issues. There was a minor issue with a small section of flat roof (porch) where the wrong color bitumen was installed, but Joe Dan got it corrected quickly and without hassle. Overall we are very pleased with our experience and recommend Pro’s Choice Roofing for your home.

Finally, a business that remembers to leave the customer in customer service! If your roof needs some TLC, I highly recommend Pro’s Choice Roofing. I had an issue flagged on my homeowner’s insurance which needed some attention. Based on a friend’s recommendation, I called Pro’s Choice Roofing. Joe Dan Davis was very quick to respond to the call, schedule an appointment to evaluate the situation, and provide an estimate. Once the contract was signed, the work was scheduled, and it was also completed quickly. They were in touch with me throughout the entire process keeping me updated on the status. In looking at the before and after pictures, it’s hard to believe we were looking at the same roof. The entire team at Pro’s Choice Roofing was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend them and will use them again for any future roofing needs!

As a Realtor, it's hard to find people who show up. Which is why I was happy when Pro's Choice not only showed up, but also did a fantastic job. My clients were really nervous about cleanup because of dogs and little kids. No issues. They were done quickly, and when they said they would be done. They weren't the cheapest or most expensive but they set the expectations up front and followed through. It's a hard place to be because when I list houses, I know that my clients are stressed enough as it is. Joe Dan put them at ease and made me look good. We had a new Tilcor metal shingle roof installed a couple of weeks ago by Pro's Choice Roofing and couldn't be happier! Brady and the entire team were excellent throughout the whole process. Brady quoted several roofing options for us, and walked us through each option. He answered our questions about roof deck repairs that might be needed, as well as questions we had about having the roof installed while we had other exterior work being done on our home. Brady was super patient with us and very timely with responses. The team that installed the roof was a pleasure to have at our home. They worked long days in the hot sun but always had a smile on their face for us, and answered our questions patiently. The team was careful with our home and yard, cleaned up well afterwards, and the roof is perfect. We asked for some final small tweaks after the roof was installed, and they had the team back out there the same day as the request to make the changes. We are thrilled with our pretty new roof—it is really stunning—and we are so happy with Brady, Pro's Choice, and the entire roofing crew. I would highly recommend this company for your new roof. They were a pleasure to work with and their work (and work ethic) was excellent.

I reached out to Pro Choice Roofing to address a troublesome roof leak near our fireplace. Despite it being a relatively minor job, the team promptly arrived and efficiently completed the task before my afternoon commitments. I had the pleasure of interacting with Nick, who not only documented the issue through photographs but also took the time to walk me through the corrective measures undertaken. Nick identified an oversight from the previous roofing installation carried out by a company that unfortunately went out of business during COVID. Apparently, some shingles around the fireplace were not fully removed, creating a vulnerable area for debris and water accumulation. Pro Choice Roofing cleared the debris and applied a comprehensive layer of tar around the entire fireplace, to ensure any risk of future issues. Beyond the technical aspects, Nick took the time to explain the issue, show me pictures (knowing I am not getting up on the roof to inspect the job), meticulous attention to detail, and his friendly disposition, which he even extended to our dog, left a truly favorable impression. I rarely leave reviews but feel a job done well should be shared with others. It's hard to find people you feel confident in and even harder to find people you would feel comfortable referring to others. Without reservation, I would recommend Pro Choice Roofing for any roofing needs, given their professionalism and commitment to delivering quality service.

Called this roofer twice to make an appointment. Can’t get a call back. In response to the reply: Both times, a person answered, took our number as if you were open, and told us someone would call. Once was before Christmas, once after. You were open. Our call was answered. No one called us back after the lady said they would. And still as of today, when you are open, why has no one returned our calls? Basically, how many times do we have to leave a message? Updating my review to 5 stars as company finally called, apologized, and showed and helped us. This is what a good company does—they rectify a situation. Thank you!

Beautiful new Tilcor Antica roof! Dec 21, 2023

We had a great experience with Pro's Choice Roofing, resulting in a beautiful new Tilcor Antica (metal, but appearance is of Spanish, barrel tile). While the project did take a while to get started (no fault of Pro's Choice), the result was certainly worth the wait! Joe Dan Davis was awesome throughout the entire process, from explaining all details of the work; always being immediately available to answer any questions (including weekends); and following up quickly to any questions he couldn't answer on the spot. Joe Dan also stopped by daily during the project to check on the progress and make sure we were happy with the work. He was such a pleasure to work with! The team that built our new roof were top-notch, working hard from 8:30 am until 6:30 pm and the result was better than our original Spanish tile (concrete) roof. We absolutely love the new roof and have received many positive comments from neighbors. We highly recommend Pro's Choice and Joe Dan Davis.

My clay tile roof was 32 years old, no problems, but my insurance company said no more coverage if I don't replace it—and no other company would do so either. Enter Pro's Choice, who introduced me to a BEAUTIFUL powder-coated METAL roof, that looks exactly like clay tile. It is a terrific product, and they did a terrific job. If I have a suggestion for improvement, it would be to do a better job at sweeping up roofing nails (as I had two relatives step on these with blood drawn.) But other than this, the process was very smooth. It was done as quickly as possible. Dumpster left on driveway left large rust stains—however, they fixed this immediately after the dumpster was moved and you can't tell anything was ever there. I am thrilled with my new roof, and I can highly recommend this company. I really appreciate their terrific work.

We had a random leak starting, and I called Pro Choice. Brady came out and identified in the attic where the breaches were coming from. Our roof is only 5 years old, but apparently, the previous roofers did not use the proper size pipes and covers, nor did they seal them well. Brady had the repair supplies ordered, delivered, and installed in a week. Great customer service, always in touch, and the cost was very reasonable for what they had to do to remediate all the issues. The original roofers, of course, were out of business. Geez, I wonder why.. hum. Thank you, Pro Choice!
